V-22 Remote Hover Control and Track Handle Grips
The V-22 contains a combination of a Mason track handle grip (left) and a remote hover control grip (right). Specifically designed to customer specs, Mason Engineers were there to help solve all the unique control problems associated with this aircraft.
The 799 style track handle is used as a cursor control for the FLIR (forward-looking-infrared) system aboard the V-22.
The 799 style remote hover control is used in a stationary mode by the operator in the rear of the aircraft.
